The Inflow Programme was devised to invite talented and ambitious graduates of higher and professional education institutions to join the staff of Domodedovo Airport Complex. The Inflow Programme provides young people with a good job and opportunities to adapt to the working environment and excel in their field, thus, satisfying the demand of the Group in highly-qualified personnel. The Inflow Programme places a heavy emphasis on developing knowledge and skills that young people may need in their professional activities, including in management.

Graduates of various education institutions can take part in the Programme being still a student. In the course of the Programme students majoring in professions relevant to the Group’s profile can do their internership at the Group and write year and graduation papers on topics related to its activities. Trainees will receive no salary, but they are offered, subject to successful internership completion, a palpable chance to receive a full-time job at Domodedovo Airport Complex after graduation. Interns willing to write their graduation papers on topics related to the activities of the Group can participate in a contest for the best graduation paper and, in case of success, receive a monetary prize.

Graduates can also be employed at one of the Group’s companies for positions saved for the Inflow Programme. For such employees, the Programme provides for a number of measures aimed at development of their professional skills and fast involvement in the actual activities of the company.

We are open for cooperation with educational institutions willing to assist their graduates in finding a job and to arrange internerships for their students. We will be glad to cooperate with students and graduates of the Moscow State University, the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, Moscow State Academy of Technologies, Moscow State University of Food Production, Moscow State University of Services, Moscow Institute of Energy and other educational institutions offering courses in fields relevant to the activities of the Group’s companies.
