Group’s Personnel
EAST LINE Group employs approximately 15,000 people of 288 professions. Three quarters of our employees are graduates of universities or colleges. EAST LINE Group’s employees are among the youngest in the industry. The average age of our employees is 37 years.
Our management’s principles are based on respect to employees, initiative rewarding and creation of an environment favorable for professional potential development.
We assess our employees on the basis of their professional performance, loyalty to the Group and ability to support a working environment in the team. When we interview applicants, we look at their abilities and willingness to:
- to step in immediately in working on specific tasks;
- to abide by strict discipline requirements;
- to act independently in search for specific ways to solve the tasks.
