JSC Domodedovo Commercial Services was established to build efficient communication between Domodedovo Moscow International Airport and its customers, partner airlines. The company operates in the following areas:

• developing, planning and implementing the marketing strategy of Domodedovo Airport as a single entity;
• developing and implementing marketing projects in cooperation with airlines (Domodedovo Transfer Service, intermodal transportations, tourism etc.);
• promoting services in the aviation and non-aviation markets;
• drafting, signing and monitoring contracts between airlines and businesses of Domodedovo Airport Complex implementing a 'single window' concept;
• settlements with customers;
• standardization and quality control over services rendered by Domodedovo airport;
• advising clients on current trends in aviation and non-aviation markets;
• assisting in implementation of customer and partner programmes;
• updating customers about strategic and current plans of the Airport Complex.

Domodedovo Commercial Services development plans are closely linked to those of Domodedovo Airport Complex. The efforts will be focused on achieving the following targets:

• improving the customer service quality control system assuring the best quality with due regard to customer interests;
• maintaining electronic (web-based) paperwork exchange with airlines to reduce the timing for document reviews and improve paperwork progress monitoring;
• attracting airlines, travel operators, concessions and other players of the aviation services market;
• implementing PR projects;
• further advancement of marketing projects;
• developing and introducing new products (services), including new business models for customers.
